Updated this week

Part 1: Ad-Hoc Scorecards

Ad-hoc scorecards allow you to add feedback for candidates, even when the interview or call wasn’t scheduled through Screenloop. Or if an interviewer wants to give feedback but wasn't scheduled on the interview in Screenloop.

This feature is perfect for recording insights from informal phone screens, impromptu conversations, or any additional feedback you want to document.

Step 1: Locate the Candidate Profile

  • Open the profile of the candidate you’d like to add feedback for.

Step 2: Open an Ad-Hoc Scorecard

  • Option 1: In the candidate’s profile, locate the Feedback tab. Click Add Feedback and Fill in Ad-hoc Scorecard. Select your scorecard.

  • Option 2: Click the drop-down menu on the top right of the screen and select Fill in Ad-hoc Scorecard. Select your scorecard.

Step 3: Enter Feedback

  • Fill in the scorecard fields to provide your feedback.

Step 4: Save the Scorecard

  • Once complete, click Save to log the feedback to the candidate’s profile.

  • Your ad-hoc scorecard will now be visible to other Admin members or Basic members set up as "Hiring Managers" for the role. Basic "Interviewers" will not be able to see your feedback.

Part 2: Candidate Ratings

Adding a candidate rating is an easy way to give quick feedback on candidates. This is ideal when reviewing applications as a recruiter or hiring manager, so you can more easily prioritise the top candidates. This also allows you to know what hiring managers think of an applicant if they fill in a rating.

Pro tip: Use this feature when "Bulk reviewing" candidates for quick and easy feedback.

Step 1: Locate the Candidate Profile

  • Either use this option when "Bulk reviewing" candidates via the Pipeline, or just open a candidate profile.

Step 2: Add Your Rating

  • In Bulk Review, you can find "add a rating" on the top left of the profile:

On the candidate page, you can find Add candidate rating on the left tile of the page:

  • Choose a rating based on your assessment and add any relevant notes.

Step 3: Save Your Rating

  • Once you've selected your rating, click Save.

  • The rating will appear on the candidate's profile. Your rating will now be visible to other Admin members or Basic members set up as "Hiring Managers" for the role. Basic "Interviewers" will not be able to see your feedback.

Pro Tip: Use quick ratings during initial screenings to flag promising candidates, so you and your team can easily review and prioritise top-rated profiles.

That's ad-hoc feedaback!
