Screenloop supports Workable as an ATS provider. Once set up and enabled, the users within your organisation will be able to automatically synchronise job positions, candidates, interview information and more.

You must have:

  • A Workable license;

  • Permission to create a new user in Workable;

  • Admin permission on Screenloop.

Your user needs to have the 'All access' permission in order to create a user capable of integrating Screenloop with Workable.

If you are unsure or don't have permission, first you need to contact a Workable user in your organisation with 'All access' level permissions to ensure that either you or they can follow the steps described in this article.

Setup Workable

In order for Screenloop to correctly integrate with your Workable account, we will need you to create a Screenloop user on Workable.

To do this, go to the Workable home page and navigate to your Avatar (on the top right corner) > Settings > Account members. While on the Account members page, look for the button "+ Invite a new member" and click it.

Type in <admin_name>+workable@<your-organization-email-domain>, for example, if the admin user has the email, then you should write

Assign the "All Access" user permission and click on the Invite member button.

Log out from Workable and go to your email. Open the Workable email you received and click on the Accept Invitation button.

Details you should input regarding the user to be created after pressing the Accept Invitation button:

  • Name: Screenloop

  • Last name: User

  • Password: <set a strong password here>

After all the data is filled in, click on the Sign-up button and you will be redirected to your Workable account.

Integrate Screenloop with Workable

In order to perform the following steps, you need to have Admin permissions in Screenloop:

  1. Sign in to the Screenloop web portal;

  2. At the bottom of the navigation left panel click on Settings;

  3. In the left panel that just popped up, please click on Integrations;

  4. Click on the Connect button on the Workable integration.

A new window with the description of the information that Workable will share with Screenloop will be presented, so that you can click "Allow access":

After allowing access, the final configuration window appears. First, the "Instance Subdomain" must be entered. Then the refresh icon should be pressed so we can fetch the existent Workable users list so the Member ID, also known as the Workable user (previously created) can be selected.

This Member ID will be the user responsible for keeping the integration running.

Now, you just need to click 'Submit' and everything is set. Congratulations, you successfully connect Workable with Screenloop!
