1. Screenloop References
Screenloop References provides your team with real value from references and saves them hours by completely automating the process. The insights and takeaways can be used not only to help the hire/no hire decision but also to make sure the hiring manager and team have all the intel they need to promote a successful onboarding.
On each Candidate page, you will be able to request references. Screenloop will send an email to your candidate to invite them to complete their references.
Once the references have been chosen, an email will be sent asking them to fill in a customisable feedback form.
All feedback provided by the candidate's references is compiled on the References tab, under candidate details.

2. Screenloop Source
If a reference mentions that they are interested in working for your company, an additional form will appear for them to fill in. After the form is filled, the references that opted-in are shown on the Prospects page.

3. Scorecard Assistant
This new feature will allow you to have the full context of your interviews when filling out a scorecard in the ATS.
Whenever a scorecard is opened to be filled, a Screenloop slideout will be shown on your right, for Greenhouse and Lever users, and on your left, if you're a Workable user. Screenloop's leverages Google Chrome's extension to offer you this feature. If you still don't have Screenloop's Chrome extension installed, please click here.
The Scorecard Assistant will give you access to:
Video and transcription
Interview Highlights (questions, attributes, notes and reactions)
Copy or Play all the inputs made during or after the interview
If no recording is available for a specific interview, the Scorecard Assistant will display a "No interview found" message.
4. Interview Highlights & Analytics
To provide the best experience while you review your interviews, we've changed the way interview details are displayed. The information is now organized in two main sections: Highlights and Analytics.
In the Highlights section, you can filter the information by:
All - a general view of all things that took place during an interview (questions, attributes, notes and/or reactions). It's also possible to mention someone and/or reply to notes here.
Questions - a granular way to check the questions that were automatically detected by Screenloop, as well as the context that precede them (shown in a lighter tone of grey).
Attributes - all attributes that are previously configured on your ATS and were tagged during an interview using the Screenloop's Sidekick, will be displayed in this section. For Workable, please contact our support team.
Notes - detailed notes made during or after the interview, as well as mentions, are available here. Reply / Delete to notes is also available.
Reactions - all Likes and Flags can be seen here.
The Analytics section offers you a quick way to review the interview KPI's for all the participants.
