Screenloop released the following product enhancements:

  1. Pulse: Sentiment analysis on Follow-up questions

  2. Pulse: Bubble chart for CNPS expandability

  3. Jobs: Hiring team detailed information

  4. Pulse: Follow-up questions for all CNPS scores

1. Pulse: Sentiment analysis on Follow-up questions

By analysing the overall sentiment that is detected in responses to follow-up questions, it is now possible to display this data in the form of a new dashboard available in the Sentiment Analysis tab of the Candidate Pulse Analytics.

Breakdown your data by Department, Job, Hiring Manager or Recruiter, and additionally filter by Date, Survey track and Location:

2. Pulse: Bubble chart for CNPS Explainability

Although it was already possible to get a detailed view of the impact of Departments and Jobs on CNPS, we have now introduced a new bubble chart representation of the overall CNPS impact according to several attributes. This new visualisation allows you to drill down, filter and aggregate the following attributes: Jobs, Departments, Locations and Job stages:

3. Jobs: Hiring team detailed information

In this new detailed page, it’s now possible to have a better understanding of the hiring team for each job, according to the ATS user role.

The information about the role mapping can be found below for the following ATSs:

  • Greenhouse

    • Hiring Manager - Hiring Manager

    • Recruiter - Recruiter

    • Coordinator - Coordinator

    • Sourcers - External Recruiter

  • Lever

    • Hiring Managers - Hiring Manager

    • Posting owner - Recruiter

  • Workable

    • Reviewer - Reviewer

    • Recruiting Admin - External Recruiter

    • Other roles - Other

Please note that some ATS don’t share the exact information about the user roles, reason why the mapping isn’t exactly the same as found on the ATS. Also, all users who have been interviewers in at least one interview for a job are marked as an interviewer.

4. Pulse: Follow-up questions for all CNPS scores

Follow-up questions are now presented to all users regardless of their CNPS scores. This is intended to collect as much information as possible so that customers can understand how to further improve their hiring practices.
