What is Success product?

Success is Screenloops’ fully automated smart referencing. That is so much more than confirming employment history.

How does it work?

Our references are triggered automatically through your ATS at the appropriate stage, these will require the candidate to provide a reference from a Manager and two peers.

These will give you an insight into the soft skills of a candidate that are often increasingly difficult to pick out within an interview process. It will provide you with an overall score of a candidate that will support and validate your decision making process.

How does it provide Success?

It is focused on providing success in two areas:

1. To ensure a candidate is setup for success

2. To ensure that companies maintain quality of hire

Quality of hire - this is the cornerstone of Success. We provide you with a data focused metric to ensure that you maintain a high-quality hiring bar, with an easy to understand metric.

Reduce early attrition - studies have shown that soft skill misalignment is a leading cause of early attrition of new hires and can have a detrimental impact on the team they join. By ensuring you understand each hire you are able to boost employee retention for the long term.

Onboard and ramp new hires faster - by understanding soft skills better you can tailor your onboarding process to suit a candidate's strengths and support their weaker areas. This will allow you to ramp your new hire faster and minimise unplanned attrition in your workforce.

Understand and capture soft skills - this gives you the ability to understand if there is any potential misalignment of soft skills for a given job role and always make a validated hiring decision against the role expectations.

Save time - chasing referrals and confirmation of employment history is done for you.

On average references are completed in less than 24hrs.
