Some users may see their calendar stuck in a "syncing" state after connecting Google Calendar to Screenloop. This typically happens when the user doesn't grant all required permissions during setup.
If you've experienced this for more than 15 minutes after connecting, it's likely caused by this issue.
β
To resolve this, follow the steps below to check and reset your calendar permissions.
1. Remove Cronofy from Third-party apps and services
Go to your Google Connections.
Find and Select Cronofy.
Scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete all connections you have with Cronofy'.
Click Confirm.
β
2. Connect your Calendar in Screenloop
π¨ To ensure the integration functions correctly, you must check all required permission boxes as shown below. Please follow the instructions, and double-check your selections before continuing.
Back in Screenloop, go to your initials on the top right of the screen.
Select User Settings.
Navigate to Integrations on the left.
Click Connect in the Calendars section. Select your provider and click Link Account.
If prompted to select permissions, make sure to tick option to 'Select what Cronofy can access'.
βIf you don't see the tickbox, Google will automatically apply this permission.
Click Continue.
3. Validate the Connection
Back in Screenloop, you should now see your calendar as Connected.
