Screenloop integrates with Lever to streamline your hiring process by automatically synchronising roles, candidates, and interview activity — reducing manual work and improving visibility across your team.
Who Can Use This Feature?
Connect integration: Admins (Screenloop) + Super Admins (Lever)
Use integration: Hiring teams across your organisation
Requirements
Before getting started, ensure you:
Have a Lever account/license
Have a user with Super Admin permissions in Lever
Have Admin access in Screenloop
Have created a dedicated email account:
leverapi@<your-organisation-domain>
If you don’t have the required permissions, contact a Lever Super Admin in your organisation.
How to Connect Lever to Screenloop
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log in to Screenloop
Go to Settings > Integrations
Click Connect next to Lever
Step 2: Create a Screenloop User in Lever
In Lever, go to Settings > Users
Click + Add New User
Enter:
Name: Screenloop
Email:
leverapi@<your-organisation-domain>
Assign Super Admin permissions
Click Invite User
Then:
Log into the email inbox
Accept the invitation and complete setup
Step 3: Authorise the Integration
Return to Screenloop
Click Connect for Lever
Complete the Authorise App flow
Click Accept
You should see a success confirmation.
Step 4: Select Member ID
Refresh the Member ID dropdown
Select the Screenloop user you created
Click Submit
Configure Interview Webhooks
Step 1: Copy Webhook URL
In Screenloop, copy the Interview Webhook URL
Step 2: Add Webhooks in Lever
Go to Lever Webhook settings
Enable the following events:
Interview Created
Interview Updated
Interview Deleted
Paste the Webhook URL into the webhook fields
Save changes
Do not include https:// when pasting the URL if Lever pre-fills this.
What Happens After Setup?
Once configured:
Jobs, candidates, and interviews will sync automatically
New and updated interviews will appear in Screenloop for review
Your team can manage feedback and hiring decisions in one place
Things to Keep in Mind
Only interviews created or updated after setup will sync
Ensure webhook configuration is completed for real-time updates
Permissions must be correctly assigned in Lever
