Product Updates | March 18th, 2022

Updated over 3 years ago

On March 18th, 2022, Screenloop released a new product and the following enhancements:

  1. Automatic attribute detection (beta)

  2. Slack integration

  3. Candidate Pulse filter by survey track

1. Automatic attribute detection (beta)

With automatic attribute detection, important topics that are discussed during an interview are automatically flagged. For the first iteration, Screenloop will automatically detect topics related to salary expectations.

The result will be visible on the Interview details page and on the Candidate's page, under the Highlights. All attributes that are automatically detected will have a specific icon before the attribute, to make it easier to identify.

2. Slack integration

Integrating Screenloop with your Slack workspace is now available!

In order to be on top of the most important updates on Slack, you just need to follow some quick steps.

Please note that the following steps just need to be done one time and once they're done, everyone from your workspace with a Screenloop account will start to receive their updates.

1. Go to Screenloop's Settings > Integrations > Connect Slack account

2. Allow Screenloop to connect to your Slack account

3. On your Slack workspace Screenloop's app will appear greeting you:

The actions that trigger updates on Slack are:

  • New recorded interviews available for your review;

  • New recorded interviews that were shared with you;

  • When someone mentions you in an interview;

  • When a feedback request is completed and available for review;

  • When a new prospect becomes available.

It's also possible to stop receiving more updates and for that, you just need to hit the Unsubscribe button. Because we don't that to happen we made sure a Resubscribe button is always available to get those updates to keep on coming.

3. Candidate Pulse filter by survey track

It is now possible to filter the feedback from your candidates by the type of survey that was used to enquire them. In Candidate Pulse, under Analytics, a new filter is available - Survey tracks - and within it, you are able to choose the ones you wish to see.
