On April 13th, 2022, Screenloop released the following product enhancements:

1. Pulse: Benchmark
Pulse Benchmark available on Candidate Pulse Analytics provides you with the ability to easily understand how your teams data compares to your company in general and with all other Screenloop customers.
Best practice is the default selected benchmark, but you can also choose between:
Company AVG - overall data from your company;
Customers AVG - anonymised data from all Screenloop customers.
2. Pulse: Department/Job filter by
Also in Candidate Pulse Analytics, we introduced a new and easy way to better filter the information you need to review.
Identified as "Filter by" this new filter gives you the ability to choose between filtering your data by departments or jobs. This guarantees you are able to review the data at different levels of granularity and can therefore take faster and more appropriate actions.
3. Pulse: promoters redirect to Glassdoor
Now all Pulse surveys give promoters the opportunity to leave a review directly on your company's Glassdoor page (not applicable to the Post Applicant Survey).
This way, we will make sure every good review counts and will be visible to the whole community, making your company shine.
