On March 11th, 2022, Screenloop released a new product and the following enhancements:

1. Candidate Pulse
This new product will make it possible to automatically collect your candidates' feedback along the full length of your hiring process.
Whenever a candidate is moved to a specific stage, 1 of the 4 existing survey tracks is automatically sent to the candidate:
Post Application Track
Interview Process Track
Drop-off Process Track
Rejection Process Track
If for any reason the candidate doesn't respond to the survey, an automatic reminder is set in place to make sure every candidate's feedback is collected.
All the responses can be reviewed on the new Candidate Pulse Reporting.

2. Interview Quality Score
The new Interview Quality Score metric (overall and historical) makes it possible to measure the quality of your interviews.
The interview quality score is calculated using a formula that takes into consideration all the other metrics - Talk Ratio, Talk Speed, Longest Monologue, Punctuality and Interactivity. It's also possible to compare your data with all the previously available options like comparing different interviewers and/or benchmarking against other Screenloop customers.
3. Candidates & Jobs page improvements
On the Candidates page, we added job and stage filters, as well as 3 new columns:
Applied At - shows the date the candidate applied to the job;
Stages - shows candidate’s current stage;
Feedback (only applicable to the Success product) - shows the feedback status for the candidate.
On the Jobs page, we introduced:
Candidates - shows the number of candidates per job;
Rejection - shows the rejection rate per job.
4. Success PDF export
It's now possible to export the Success results to PDF. This feature will make your life a lot easier if you need to share these insights with someone from your team.
5. Automatic question detection improvements
We've made some improvements to the existing automated question detection AI model around rhetorical questions to ensure that only the relevant questions are presented.
