What is Pulse?

Pulse is used by forward thinking companies that want to enhance and improve their hiring process. Screenloop Pulse enables them to truly understand their hiring process from the candidate perspective. Your feedback allows them to improve their hiring process by focusing on their most valuable commodity, you, the potential new hire!

Why does your feedback matter?

Applying should be a really engaging and exciting process. Your honest feedback allows companies to continuously enhance and improve their hiring processes. Gaining an understanding of how you feel at each step of you journey to your new role enables them to do this.

How long does it take?

The survey takes less than 2 minutes to complete and you can see your overall progress when answering the questions. An example is shown below:

Is it anonymous?

Yes, it's completely anonymous! Companies need your honest feedback to be able to improve their hiring process. There is never any requirement to fill out any personal contact information.

Will it alter my chances of being hired?

No, it's completely anonymous. And has no effect on your success during the hiring process. It will improve the process for future applicants.

Is there an ability to provide specific feedback to a company?

Yes, the final question provides you with a free text box to put any comments in that you feel need specific mention.

What happens to my data?
