When you receive an invitation to the interview it will always be clear. Most commonly it will be attached to the interview invite and will alert you when you enter a zoom call.
Can I opt out of the interview?
Yes, you will always be given the choice and it will not have any impact on your chances of securing the job. You can opt out of recording before the interview, at the start or at any point during the interview.
Does Interview intelligence decide if i get the job?
Absolutely not! Interview Intelligence supports you and your interviewer to have a great interview. Where they are supported in making better hiring decisions which are fair and unbiased. The tool allows the hiring team to focus on your motivations and experience. Allowing them to share these moments with the next interviewer, meaning interviews will continue to get better throughout the process. This allows the interviewer to get to know and understand you better.
Can I ask for the interview to be deleted?
Yes, simply tell the interviewer and they will have it deleted. We are completely GDPR compliant so you will always have that right.
