A common solution for issues with launching Screenloop for an interview

Reinstalling the Screenloop chrome extension is always a good place to begin any problem solving.

Its always worth making sure you have our latest chrome extension (Version 0.6.4), chrome auto updates these every 5 hours but always worth checking!

If you are unable to ‘Join with Screenloop’ when initiating your interview or unable to see the launch with sidekick open. We always recommend you uninstall and then reinstall the chrome extension.

Remove the Chrome Extension:

Click on the Screenloop logo or the puzzle icon then select 'Remove from Chrome'

Then reinstall the Screenloop Chrome Extension here.
