Common sidekick errors messages explained

If ‘Join Interview with Screenloop’ does not appear, when joining an interview.

Solutions:

This is commonly caused by the Screenloop Chrome extension not being installed or activated, it takes less than a minute! Follow the guide here.

Not synced with the ATS, - Wait 20 minutes and refresh your calendar.

It can take up to 20 minutes to sync with your calendar once an interview has been scheduled in your ATS.

If you don’t see the above then you will likely see this one of these possible holding pages:

Solution: Refresh your calendar or attempt to access the meeting less than 30 minutes before it's due to start. If it's a recent change, refresh and wait up to 20 minutes for it to re-sync from your ATS.

Solution: Refresh your calendar to ensure the meeting link is up to date and check you have selected the correct meeting. It may have been rescheduled on your ATS please allow for up to 20 minutes to update.
