What Is the Interview Sidekick?
The Interview Sidekick helps you:
Take structured interview notes
Capture important moments in real time
Stay focused and organised during interviews
It’s designed to be lightweight, easy to access, and seamlessly integrated into your existing interview workflow.
Set-Up Requirements
Before setting up the Interview Sidekick, make sure that:
You have access to a Screenloop account within your organisation
Your organisation has configured a supported video conferencing tool (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet)
You are using Google Chrome
Install the Screenloop Chrome Extension
To set up the Interview Sidekick, install the Screenloop Chrome Extension:
Once installed, the extension will:
Sync your Google Calendar with Screenloop
Automatically identify interviews scheduled in your ATS
Enable access to the Interview Sidekick during eligible interviews
Browser Permissions
The Screenloop Chrome Extension automatically enables pop-ups in your browser settings. This is required for the Interview Sidekick to launch correctly during interviews.
