Screenloop released the following product enhancements:

  1. Pulse: Self-service survey triggers

  2. SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant


1. Pulse: Self-service survey triggers

The new Pulse self-service survey triggers feature allows you to easily create or edit custom triggers, allowing for greater control and automation of your Pulse triggers.

With self-service survey triggers, you can now set up rules to automatically trigger surveys helping streamline your workflows and save you time and effort.

To access the self-service triggers feature, log in to your account and navigate to the “Survey Triggers” tab in the Settings menu. From there, you can create, edit, and manage your triggers as needed:

To create a new trigger, select the “Add trigger” button on the top right corner and fill in the required fields:

Summary

  • Survey trigger name: choose a name for your trigger;

  • Trigger Status: the ability to enable or disable your trigger. It’s not possible to delete triggers.

Conditions

  • Survey Track: select the survey template to be triggered;

  • Conditions: according to the selected survey track some conditions must be filled:

    • Stage: the job stage(s) that should be included/excluded for the template to be triggered (you can select multiple options);

      Status: the job status to be considered for the trigger;

    • Job: the job(s) that should be considered or excluded for the trigger;

    • Location: the job location(s) that should be considered for the trigger.

Settings

  • Max Reminders: the maximum number of reminders that should be sent for surveys associated with the trigger;

  • Delay Days: the delay days that must be taken into account until the survey is triggered;

  • Consider application updates from: the application date to be considered by the trigger. Only applications that had an update after the defined date will be considered.

If you already have triggers in motion, they will be visible on this new tab.

2. SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant

Screenloop has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit and is now fully compliant with the relevant standards. This means that we have implemented robust controls and processes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.
