On February 29th, 2024, Screenloop released the following product enhancements:

  • ATS Job Workflow Triggers

  • ATS Candidates Bulk Actions

  • ATS Ability to override calendars in Scheduling

  • Interview details page UI enhancements

1. ATS Job Workflow Triggers

Users can now configure job triggers, a new feature designed to automate actions. This enhancement is intended to streamline workflows by automating tasks, ultimately leading to a reduction in manual labour and significantly improving efficiency, thereby enhancing user experience and productivity. More actions are forthcoming, but for now, candidate auto-rejection and email sending can be automated.

2. ATS Candidates Bulk Actions

The ability to make a bulk selection of candidates is now available. By enabling the selection of several candidates at once, it allows several actions to be processed in batches. This selection, once made, allows certain actions to be carried out simultaneously on all selected candidates. These actions can vary and are described below:

  • Send email

  • Reject Candidates

  • Move to stage

3. ATS Ability to override calendars in Scheduling

Screenloop's scheduling tool has recently been updated with a feature that provides more flexibility. Users can now override participants' calendars to ensure an interview can be scheduled at a pre-agreed time, without the constraints of previously blocked slots. It empowers users to manage their time better, making sure important interviews aren't left to chance or disrupted by scheduling conflicts.

4. Interview details page UI enhancements

In line with our ongoing effort to provide the best experience to our users, we have made some improvements to the interview details page.

The improvements include:

  • Updating the page layout to give the summary and highlights card more prominence;

  • Adding a new card to accommodate the video, search bar, player buttons, and a toggle between video and transcript;

  • Modifying the transcript layout to enhance readability.
