On February 11th, 2022, Screenloop released the following enhancements:

Introducing Benchmark! Benchmark gives you the ability to better understand how your team and individual data compares with your overall company and even with all the other Screenloop customers.

Best practice (whose values can be customised) is the default selected benchmark, but you can also choose between:

Trends have also been added to your Analytics page! This allows new insights into whether the current data is above or below the previous corresponding period.

The new custom page allows you to choose whether to use Sidekick or not. This page will appear every time you click the "Join Interview with Screenloop" button on your calendar event.

Both options guarantee that interviews are recorded, but now you will be able to decide to use the Sidekick only when needed.

New filters have been added on the Interviews, Candidates and Jobs pages, to better help you organize the information you want to see.

In addition, new improvements have been applied throughout Screenloop, for example to the login page:

We have introduced a direct link to the interview detailed page on Screenloop for the scorecard that is being filled in. You just have to click on "View Interview" in the top right corner. With it, we guarantee that you always have full context at hand when making a decision.

It's now possible to predefine a job stage so every candidate receives their reference request without the need to manually ask for it. To enable this, please talk with us.

Candidates will now be able to answer a sequence of questions which can then be matched against the answers provided by their references.

This new option will appear to the candidate on the reference request page and the results can be viewed on the Success tab on the candidate's page.
