On November 29th, 2021, Screenloop released the following enhancements:
Candidates Highlights
Google Meet integration enhancements
Interview Status
1. Candidates Highlights
On the Candidates page, it's now possible to access every Candidate Highlight after an interview is completed.
The Candidate Highlights are a list of all the actions that are possible to leverage:
On the Sidekick (during an interview) - Attributes, Notes, Mentions, Likes and Flags.
Post-interview (on the interview recording page) - Notes and Mentions.
The Highlights are organized by action, with a specific video thumbnail and interview details for every one of the recorded highlights.
If no interview actions are used during or after an interview, the following empty state will be prompted on the candidate page.
Additionally, on the Candidates page, it's now possible to quickly access the interview list for that particular candidate and role.
Selecting the View button for a specific interview will lead you to the already famous interview details page.
2. Google Meet integration
As part of the ongoing work to create a better experience using the Google Meet integration, we have released the following enhancements:
Crop interview video
We cropped the participant's side panel as well as the Google Meet video controls bar from the recording, to make the viewing experience more pleasant.
Trim the last 3 minutes of the video
The Google Meet recording kept the last 3 minutes - which had no useful content - after the last participant left. We changed that behaviour and trimmed that section, to make videos shorter and to the point.
3. Interview Status
All interviews scheduled more than five days ago, that already passed the scheduled date without any changes to their status, will now automatically be marked as "No recording". This will allow a better interpretation and organisation of all interviews.
