Screenloop released the following product enhancements:
Interview Intelligence: Rating interviews
Interview Intelligence: Summary
References: Employment History Confirmation
1. Interview Intelligence: Rating interviews
With the ability to rate interviews, you now have a quick way to provide feedback for your interviews. This allows an easy way to understand the overall perception of the interview.
There are two ways to provide a general rating of an interview, through the Sidekick or on the detailed interview page.
On the Sidekick, near the end time of the interview, a message will appear asking you to rate the interview:
After you press the message, a new modal emerges so you can decide the best rating. Please note the rating scale will vary according to your ATS.
If you skipped the Sidekick rating opportunity for any reason, you can still rate the interview directly on the interview detail page. For that, just press the 'Rate Interview' button placed on the top right corner and the same rating modal from the Sidekick will emerge.
All interviewers will have the ability to leave feedback and this will be visible above the video/transcript modal. If an interview has not yet been rated a 'Not rated' information will be displayed on the details page of that interview.
Also, the email informing you that the interview recording and notes are available now contains a direct way for you to rate your interview.
2. Interview Intelligence: Summary
It's now possible to quickly and efficiently access the information you need through the summary of an interview without having to listen to the full recording or review the full transcript.
A new 'Summary' tab has been added between the existing 'Highlights' and 'Analytics' tabs. In addition to the summary, a list of pre-defined action points is also visible to help you make sure you haven't missed any steps. If applicable, a direct link to that candidate's scorecard is also displayed.
3. References: Employment History Confirmation
This new feature allows users to cross-check information concerning the job title and the work period the candidate mentioned, to then be ascertained by the reference. This will help ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of the reference-checking process.
If the information matches, the reference is routed to the remaining questions:
If the reference detects any inconsistency, they will be asked to provide the correct information:
Once a request is finalised, all the information can be accessed through the 'View status' button available on the 'Reference checks' tab on the candidate detailed page.
