HiBob Integration

Connect HiBob to Screenloop and export hired candidates seamlessly to your HRIS.

With Screenloop’s HiBob integration, you can transfer candidate data directly from your ATS into HiBob — reducing manual work and improving data accuracy.

Who Can Use This Feature?

Connect integration: Admins only

Export candidates: Admins, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters


How to Connect to HiBob

Step 1: Get Your HiBob Credentials

Before connecting, you’ll need to obtain your Service User Credentials from HiBob:

  • Service User ID

  • Service User Token

The Service User Token is only visible once. Make sure to store it securely.


Step 2: Connect in Screenloop

  • Go to Settings > Account > Integrations

  • Find Human Resources Information Systems

  • Click Connect next to HiBob

  • Paste your Service User ID and Service User Token

  • Click Connect



​Step 3: Confirm Connection

Once connected:

  • HiBob will appear under Integrations

  • Click View to see connection details or remove the integration

If the connection fails, double-check your credentials and permissions in HiBob.


How to Export Candidate Data to HiBob

Once connected, you can export candidates in the Hired stage.

Option 1: From the Candidates List

  • Go to Candidates

  • Click Open Filters

  • Filter by Status: Hired

  • Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to a candidate

  • Select Export to HiBob



Option 2: From the Candidate Page

  • Open the candidate profile

  • Click the ellipsis (⋯)

  • Select Export to HiBob


Option 3: From the Job Pipeline

  • Go to Jobs and select the role

  • Open the Pipeline tab

  • Locate the Hired stage

  • Click the ellipsis (⋯)

  • Select Export to HiBob


Final Step

  • Review and edit the candidate’s personal and professional information

  • Click Export

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Only candidates in the Hired stage can be exported

  • Missing candidate data may result in incomplete exports

  • Credentials must be stored securely, as tokens cannot be retrieved again
