1. Stage Selection When Adding a Candidate
Gain more control over your hiring pipeline right from the start. When creating a candidate, you can now select which stage of workflow will be their starting point. Allowing you to easily tailor the process to your workflow. If the stage includes any automations, we’ll flag it with a helpful message, so you know exactly what to expect.
Who can use this? Admin, Recruiters and Hiring Managers
How to Select a Stage when adding a Candidate
During Step 2 Job Application when adding a candidate:
Select the Job you’re referring the candidate for.
Select which Stage of the job pipeline you want this candidate to start from. Alternatively they'll move into the first stage by default.
Complete the remaining required details, remembering that every field marked * is mandatory.
Click Save and Submit
Note this feature is not available when creating referrals. Referred candidates will enter at the first stage by default.
2. Edit Candidate Data Before Export to HRIS
Ensure your candidate data is just right before exporting it to your HRIS. When manually exporting candidates, you’ll now have the opportunity to review and edit their information beforehand. This added step helps you maintain accuracy and control over what’s shared. Meanwhile, bulk exports and automations will continue without a confirmation step for speed and simplicity.

How to Edit Before Exporting a Candidate
Navigate to the Candidates tab
Click Open Filters, and update the Status to display only Hired candidates
Export the candidate to your HRIS:
Find the candidate
Click the ellipsis
Select Export
Edit Candidate data
Here you can edit the candidate Personal and Professional Information
Click Export
