With Screenloop’s HRIS integration you can now transfer candidate data from our ATS to HiBob, enabling you to export candidates directly while reducing manual tasks and boosting efficiency.

1. How to Connect to HiBob
Before you start, you'll need to obtain your Service User Credentials from HiBob by following this connection guide.
Copy the Service User ID and Service User Token and store it in a safe place, since the token cannot be retrieved after this.
You'll use this to connect to HiBob to Screenloop in step 7.
Continuting in Screenloop, navigate to Settings > Account > Integrations
Locate the Human resources information systems section
Click on Connect for HiBob
Continuing in Screenloop, paste your Service User ID and Service User Token into the form fields.
Click Connect.
Under Settings > Account > Integrations you should now see Factorial with the option to view your integration.
Click view to view Connection Details, or Remove Integration.
2. How to Export Candidate Data to Factorial
Once the connection is set following the steps above, you can now export data for candidates who have a hired status to HiBob.
Who can export a candidate? Admin, Hiring Managers and Recruiters
Navigate to the Candidates tab
Click Open Filters, and update the Status to display only Hired candidates
Export the candidate to Factorial using one of the following options:
From the Candidates list
Click the ellipsis
Select Export to HiBob
From the Candidate page
Select the candidate you want to export
Click the ellipsis
Select Export to HiBob
From the Job Pipeline
Navigate to the Jobs tab and select the job role your candidate has been hired for
Select the Pipeline tab
In the job workflow, locate the Hired stage
Click the ellipsis
Select Export to HiBob
Edit your candidates personal and professional information
Click Export
