If background checks are not enabled for your organisation, contact us via Intercom to activate them.
Pricing Note
Each background check has an associated cost, which will be invoiced in your next billing cycle.
Connecting to Certn
To enable this integration:
Go to Settings
Click Integrations
Locate the relevant integration
Click on the toggle (right hand side)
Once you click on the toggle:
A new modal will appear prompting you to review and accept the Terms and Service Agreement
After accepting the terms, the integration status will update to Enabled
You’ll now be ready to start using the integration.
Requesting a Background Check
Who can request a background check? Admin, Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Open the Candidate profile.
Select the Background Checks tab.
Click Request Background Check.
Complete the form with candidate details, country, and required checks.

Tracking & Results
Status shows as Pending until completed and validated.
