The Team Leaderboard tab in Candidate Pulse Analytics allows you to see how your hiring team is performing from a candidate experience perspective. It helps identify coaching opportunities, highlight high-performing team members, and ensure consistency across the hiring process.
Admin users: Can view Pulse data for all hiring team members across the organisation.
Basic users: Can view Pulse data only for team members associated with their interviews or roles.
Finding the Team Leaderboard
Navigate to Analytics β Candidate Pulse.
Click the Team Leaderboard tab.
This tab complements CNPS Explainability and Sentiment Analysis by focusing on individual and team performance, rather than jobs or departments.
What the Team Leaderboard Shows
The Team Leaderboard provides a ranked view of hiring team members based on candidate feedback:
Roles analysed: Hiring Managers and Recruiters
Metrics included: CNPS scores, AVG score, Sentiment analysis
Visualisation: Ranked leaderboard format with sortable columns
This allows you to quickly identify team members driving positive or negative candidate experiences.
