The Hiring Team Pulse in Screenloop allows you to collect structured feedback from your interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters about their experience with your recruitment process. This helps identify pain points, improve workflows, and ensure your hiring team has a positive experience while making effective hiring decisions.
Admin users: Can view all hiring team feedback across the organisation.
Basic users: Can only view feedback submitted by themselves.
Finding the Hiring Team Pulse Page
You can access Hiring Team Pulse from the left-hand navigation menu:
Click Analytics, and under Pulse, choose the Hiring Team tab.
By default, the tab shows an overview of feedback scores, helping you quickly assess overall sentiment and engagement across your hiring team.
Using Hiring Team Pulse
The feedback is collected via two templates:
Hiring Manager Template: Captures feedback on job specifications, interview process clarity, candidate quality, and overall satisfaction with the recruitment process.
Interviewer Template: Collects feedback on interview preparation and training, information shared about the candidate, time commitment involved, and decision-making process.
This data is presented in dashboards that allow you to:
Compare feedback across Jobs and Departments
Break down responses by Hiring Manager or Interviewer
Track trends over time to measure the impact of process changes
Filters
To explore the data in depth, you can filter by:
Job β See feedback for specific job openings
Department β Compare feedback across different teams
Hiring Manager β Understand how individual team members experience the process
Benchmark - compare against Best Practice or company average
Date Range β Analyse recent or historical feedback
