The Quality of Hire Pulse in Screenloop provides actionable insights on your most recent hires, helping you understand how effectively new employees are integrating into your team and contributing to business goals. By tracking key metrics over time, you can refine your hiring and onboarding processes to increase retention, satisfaction, and performance.

Admin users: Can view all new hire feedback and metrics across the organisation.

Basic users: Can only view metrics for hires they were directly involved with.


Finding the Quality of Hire Pulse Page

You can access Quality of Hire Pulse from the left-hand navigation menu:

  1. Click Analytics

  2. Select Pulse

  3. Choose the Quality of Hire tab

The dashboard provides an overview of new hire success, engagement, and onboarding experience.


Using Quality of Hire Pulse

The module allows you to track insights at key intervals in the first year of employment:

  • 90-day feedback: Early integration and onboarding experiences

  • 180-day feedback: Progress on role responsibilities and team fit

  • 365-day feedback: Long-term engagement, performance, and development

You can analyse trends across:

  • Jobs – Understand which roles are performing well in onboarding and which need improvement

  • Departments – Compare new hire success across teams

  • Locations – Track employee integration and performance across offices

  • Hiring Manager and Recruiter - Compare new hire success across hiring managers and recruiters involved

  • Dates - compare data across selected time periods


Onboarding Breakdown

What these metrics mean:

  • Expectation Set: How clearly roles and responsibilities were communicated

  • Ramp-up: How effectively employees are learning and becoming productive

  • Performance: Evaluation of work output and quality

  • Impact: Contribution to team and business outcomes

  • Culture-fit: Integration into company culture and values

The table provides averages from both Hiring Manager and Employee perspectives, giving a holistic view of onboarding and success.
