Admin users: Can view all new hire feedback and metrics across the organisation.
Basic users: Can only view metrics for hires they were directly involved with.
Finding the Quality of Hire Pulse Page
You can access Quality of Hire Pulse from the left-hand navigation menu:
Click Analytics
Select Pulse
Choose the Quality of Hire tab
The dashboard provides an overview of new hire success, engagement, and onboarding experience.
Using Quality of Hire Pulse
The module allows you to track insights at key intervals in the first year of employment:
90-day feedback: Early integration and onboarding experiences
180-day feedback: Progress on role responsibilities and team fit
365-day feedback: Long-term engagement, performance, and development
You can analyse trends across:
