Product Updates | October 29th, 2021

Updated over 3 years ago

On Friday, October 29th, 2021, Screenloop released the following enhancements:

  1. Reply and delete on notes

  2. Mention another user

  3. Longest monologue metric

  4. Display and Tag ATS Categories on Sidekick

  5. Screenloop Chrome extension permissions

1. Reply and delete on notes

The Reply feature allows you to respond to a specific note in an interview on the Interviews page. Replying to any note will generate a thread within that specific note.

That note can later be deleted if it is created by mistake, for example.

Select the ellipsis on the right side of the notes to initiate a reply or delete it.

Insert your text and press Reply to confirm it.

2. Mention another user

Being able to mention another Screenloop user is now possible with this feature.

Press @ on the sidekick during an interview or after the recording is available on the notes section (on the Interviews page) and immediately see who's available to be mentioned.

The person who's mentioned will receive an email informing them of that action.

3. Longest monologue metric

On the Analytics tab, it's now possible to access the new Longest Monologue metric.

You can check the total (in minutes) of the longest monologue, per interview.

By doing a mouse hover on a specific interview number, you'll be able to see the exact duration of the longest monologue.

4. Display and Tag ATS Categories on Sidekick

Through the Screenloop Sidekick, it's now possible to tag your ATS Categories during an interview.

Screenloop retrieves this information directly from your ATS, so there must already be a scorecard in place for that particular role.

During the interview, simply select the Category that was mentioned. Later you can review that information on the Screenloop app.

If no categories are assigned to the Scorecard for that interview stage, the categories will not be displayed on the Screenloop Sidekick.

5. Screenloop Chrome extension permissions

We have updated Screenloop's extension, to automatically allow pop-ups on the browser settings.

With this, whenever the "Join Interview with Screenloop” button is pressed on your calendar, the Sidekick will be displayed without the need to manually allow pop-ups for Screenloop.
