On November 12th, 2021, Screenloop released the following enhancements:

It's now possible to tag your Lever ATS Attributes during an interview, using Screenloop's Sidekick, as it was already available for the Greenhouse ATS.

Screenloop obtains this information directly from Lever's Feedback forms.

To guarantee that the attributes will be visible on the sidekick, you will need to make sure that a Feedback form exists with at least one type of question that is "Scorecard", as shown below:

Screenloop will mimic the input for every Skill or Trait that is fulfilled in any form as an Attribute and the question field will map to a Category.

During the interview, select the category and then the attribute that is being discussed/evaluated. An Attribute can only be chosen once per interview.

That information can be later reviewed on the Screenloop app.

If no Scorecard type of question is assigned to the Feedback form for that interview, there will not be any information to be displayed on Screenloop's Sidekick.

The ability to search in a transcript is now available. On the interviews page, below each recorded interview, you will find a new search box.

To find any information, enter the text you want to search for (with a minimum of 3 characters) and it will be automatically found.

To navigate to the previous/next result, you can use the arrows in the Search box or simply press Enter to go to the next result. Undo is also available by using the cross right next to the text.
