Updated over 3 years ago

On January 22nd, 2022, Screenloop released the following enhancements:

  1. New Analytics page

  2. Enhanced Interview details

  3. Reference-check IP verification

  4. Automatically detected questions

  5. Improvements to Interviews, Candidates and Jobs pages

1. New Analytics page

This new page allows you to have a completely different perspective of your interviews and interviewers. We didn't just improve the UI and the overall experience, but we also included the following:

  • New filters where you can select (according to your permissions):

    • Jobs (max of 5);

    • Interviewers (max of 5);

    • Date (Today; Yesterday; Last 7 days; This Month; Last Month; Custom Range).

  • New metrics:

    • Recorded Interviews - displays the total number of recorded interviews;

    • Interview Duration - shows the average interview duration;

    • Interactivity - calculates how often the conversation switched between all the participants. Helpful to understand interviewers engagement;

    • Questions - displays the average number of questions per interview.

2. Enhanced Interview details

On the interview details page, you can now access the candidate's page directly, as well as the time and date of when the interviews took place.

We have also made other UI/UX improvements so that you have a better overall experience.

3. Reference-check IP verification

We can now flag and display which references have filled in the feedback request using the same IP address. This will make it possible for TAs and managers to be aware of the situation and react appropriately.

It is also possible to exclude feedback with the same IP with just one click, keeping the data always accurate.

4. Automatically detected questions

We have refined our question detection model through filtering question expressions and thereby making sure you have a clear overview of what truly matters.

5. Improvements to Interviews, Candidates and Jobs pages

We have added some UI and usability improvements to these pages, such as pagination and new tabs, as part of the ongoing work to provide a greater user experience.
