Screenloop released the following product enhancements:

It is now possible to share market and industry knowledge on best practices for interviews and DEI with your company. Screenloop's training product is built under the assumption that there’s always room for improvement with content that is easy to consume.

All training content is organized and presented under the Sessions tab, where users can view and access all training content or filter the sessions that are assigned to them.

Inside every session, users can view the session overview and introduction, as well as the training content.

At the end of a session, the user is asked to evaluate it by clicking on the Star Evaluation button.

If for any reason an evaluation is not finished, the session is tagged with “Pending Evaluation”.

If you have Admin permissions, you can also select multiple users to assign or unassign training sessions.

As an Admin, you also have access to the Overview tab. On this page, we offer you the ability to have an overarching understanding of how the training sessions are being received by your teams. This allows you to create Training KPIs using these metrics.

Redacting sensitive information is now a reality, through our new Redaction Feature. We can automatically identify salary information discussed in an interview. You can then decide if a Basic user from your organisation will be prevented from seeing any related information for any interview they have access to. Restricting salary information is just the start and we will look to include other attributes in the future.

Any user without Admin permission that accesses an interview with redacted content will still be able to see all information with the exception of the redacted segments that will be displayed according to the screenshot above.

Please note that even if you share an interview with or mention any basic user on a redacted interview, the content will still be redacted.

Screenloop's ATS Pulse Insights gives you a quick and easy way to understand the performance of a job according to your candidates' views and is visible in the bottom right-hand corner of your ATS.

After clicking the button, the user can see the CNPS score for the last 30 days and a link to the Candidate Pulse analytics page where the data is filtered by the job and the last 30 days.

Please note that in order to see the ATS Pulse Insights you need to install the Screenloop Chrome extension.
