The Candidate Pulse analytics section of Screenloop was designed to give each user detailed insights regarding candidates' experience along the recruitment process. The following sections will highlight the key metrics, how they are calculated, and how you can benefit from more exposure to data insights and metrics trends.

Access to the data is defined by the user role. If the permission is set to Admin, the user will be able to view all data for all users. If the permission is set to Basic, users will only view data related to their own interviews.

The analytics section can be found on the left navigation menu:

By default, this page will show the overall candidates' scores for the recruitment process, allowing you to get quick insights. The available filters give you full freedom to play around with your data and review information for a particular Department, Job, Location and more.

Next, we will explore each one of the sections in more detail.

Filters

To give you more scope when it comes to reviewing your data, we introduced a range of filters:

  • Filter by - select between Departments or Jobs;

  • Departments/Jobs (according to the previous selection) - list of all Departments or Jobs;

  • Benchmark - a way to compare data between the industry's best practices, your Company Average and/or Screenloop’s Customer base Average;

  • Date - a pre-selection of dates or a customised range is available (the default date is "Last 30 Days");

  • Survey Tracks - a list of all available surveys tracks;

  • Locations - a list of all your Departments/Jobs locations.

CNPS

CNPS or Candidate Net Promoter Score allows you to track your candidate's score on the overall recruitment experience. The formula takes into consideration the % promoters minus the % of detractors.

It's also possible to visualize a % breakdown for the types of candidates' responses.
