Screenloop released the following product enhancements:
Interviewer Pulse
Pulse: Demographic questions
Pulse: CNPS follow-up questions
Interview Intelligence: Sidekick enhancements
1. Interviewer Pulse
Because all feedback is important to improve a recruitment process, we have now introduced Interviewer Pulse. This new product will measure the satisfaction level of the interviewers in the recruitment processes they are involved.
All the collected data is then available on the Interviewer Pulse Analytics page:
To start leveraging Interviewer Pulse, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
2. Pulse: Demographic questions
Introducing demographic questions allows you to better understand the identity and certain background traits of your candidates. By asking demographic questions in surveys, you will anonymously collect demographic data from your candidates' to better and more accurately drill-down into your candidates' feedback. Although the answer to these questions is optional, they will also be disabled by default.
After the data is collected, it will then be possible to filter by these data points on the Candidate Pulse Analytics page. To start leveraging Demographics in Candidate Pulse, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
3. Pulse: CNPS follow-up questions
We wanted to add a new way for candidates to provide even more feedback and so we have built a new free-form question - answering is optional.
This question is presented all to candidates that give a detractor (CPS <= 6) or a neutral (CPS = 7 or CPS = 8) response.
All data is later available on the Candidate Pulse Analytics page:
4. Interview Intelligence: Sidekick enhancements
We did some enhancements on the Sidekick, namely:
An overall change of the look and feel;
Ability to score your attributes on a scale of 1 to 5;
Direct link to the Candidate ATS page and the LinkedIn profile (if available);
