1. Interview Intelligence: Interview questions in the sidekick
Greenhouse users can now take advantage of this new feature that allows them to have personalised interview questions, that interviewers can ask candidates every step of the way, displayed in the sidekick. It is also possible to mark the questions that are being asked during the interview, to better help with the interview flow.
To view the interview questions in the Sidekick, you'll need to add interview questions to an interview kit for an existing job, on Greenhouse.
If you are using a different ATS, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
2. Pulse: Weekly feedback email
Now, instead of receiving emails every time Pulse feedback is provided by your candidates, we have compiled that information into a single, more informative and summarised email.
This way you can understand what happened the previous week with some cool insights, but also understand if any actions are needed to improve your processes.
3. Pulse: Export Pulse data (.csv)
It's now possible to download your Pulse data into a .csv file. An export file for the filtered survey data is downloaded once you press the Export button on the Candidate Pulse Analytics page.
More to follow on other functionality you will be able to download from Pulse.
4. Pulse: CNPS Explainability
This new tab located right next to the Candidate Pulse analytics overview, allows you to understand what Jobs/Departments contributed positively and negatively to the overall CNPS. This allows new insights into whether you should focus your process improvement efforts.
