1. Pulse: Topic detection in CNPS follow-up questions
Through this new functionality, it is possible to view in detail the main topics/mentions that are referenced in the open-text answers to the follow-up questions, with the option to filter the information by Department, Job, Date, Survey Track or Location.
There are 3 visual representations:
The total responses, organised by the amount of neutral and detractor responses, based on the CNPS score:
The top 5 topics/mentions detected in the open-text answers, organized by the number of mentions and their total, in percentage:
The CNPS' follow-up responses, based on the filter criteria applied. Please note that prior to this update, this information was displayed on the Overview tab:
2. Pulse: Survey questions organized by Sections
In order to improve usability when candidates are filling in the surveys, the questions are now organised in sections.
This feature will allow each section to display more than one question per page.
