Screenloop supports Pinpoint as an ATS provider. Once set up and enabled, the users within your organisation will be able to automatically synchronise interviews, open roles, candidates, interview information and more!
Requirements
This guide assumes that you:
Have an active Screenloop Account with admin permissions.
Have a Pinpoint user account with Admin permissions.
Setup Pinpoint
1. Getting your Subdomain
In the URL bar of your browser, you can find the subdomain by selecting the text in front of .pinpointhq.com

2. Generating API Key
1. In the left Sidebar, scroll down to the Settings category and select Integrations.
2. Select the Apps tab and ensure that the Pinpoint API app is Added.
3. Select the MyApps tab and select the Pinpoint API app.
4. Ensure that the slider to the right-hand side of the upper panel is set to Enabled.
5. Then select the Create New button to create a new API Key.
6. Enter a Name for the API Key, for example, Screenloop.
7. Assign Read permissions for the following categories:
1. Application
2. Department
3. Interview
4. Job
5. Location
6. Scorecard
7. Custom fields
8. User
8. Select Create API Key.

9. Your API Key will be generated and displayed to you. π Copy the API Key to a safe place.
Integrate Screenloop with Pinpoint
To perform the following steps, you need to have Admin permissions in Screenloop:
Sign in to the Screenloop;
At the bottom of the navigation left panel click on Settings;
In the left panel that just popped up, click Integrations;
Click on the Connect button on the Pinpoint integration.
A new window will be presented so you can enter the gathered details and proceed by clicking the Connect
button.
After clicking Connect, the integration is done and everything is set. Congratulations, you successfully connected Pinpoint with Screenloop!
