Integrating Screenloop with your Slack workspace allows you to receive real-time updates, helping your team stay aligned without switching platforms.
How to Connect Slack
Follow these steps to integrate Slack with Screenloop:
1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Chat and collaboration systems
2. Click Connect Slack account and Allow Screenloop to connect to your Slack workspace
3. Once connected, the Screenloop app will appear in your Slack workspace
This setup only needs to be completed once. All users in your workspace with a Screenloop account will start receiving updates automatically.
What Notifications Will You Receive?
Once connected, you’ll receive Slack notifications for:
New recorded interviews available for review
Interviews shared with you
Mentions in interview feedback
Completed feedback requests
New prospects added to the system
Managing Notifications
You can control your notifications directly in Slack:
Click Unsubscribe to stop receiving updates
Click Resubscribe at any time to turn notifications back on
Unsubscribing will stop all Screenloop notifications in Slack until you resubscribe.
