How to schedule an interview

Please note that in order to schedule an interview with a candidate

  • the candidate needs to be in a Workflow stage that has an interview associated with it.

  • your calendar (and anyone else who you'd like to schedule onto the interview) needs to be connected to Screenloop.

  1. Scheduling an interview from the candidate's page

  • When on the candidate's page, hit the calendar button on the top right of the screen.

  • You can either pick the time for the candidate if you've already agreed a time for the interview, or if you want the candidate to book in your calendar themselves, hit candidate picks the time.

To add another interviewer on to the interview, select Add Participant and select the person(s) you want to add.

To change the host of an interview, click the star button next to the interviewer you want to be host.

To remove yourself from the interview, click the bin button next to your name:

When using "Candidate picks the time", Use the "Schedule from" button if you want to avoid any immediate interview bookings:

When using "Candidate picks the time", select the time-frame that you want to send across your availability here:

When ready, select Confirm Availability and then either hit Send email to candidate, or you can copy the scheduling link to send to the candidate yourself separately.
