Requirements:
The candidate must be in a Workflow stage that includes an interview
Your calendar (and any other participants') must be connected to Screenloop
Schedule from a Candidateâs Page
Go to the Candidates page.
Locate the candidate and click on the candidate's name
Click the calendar button (top right).
Schedule from Jobs page
Go to the Jobs page.
Locate the relevant job and click on it.
Choose the relevant stage from the pipeline.
Locate the candidate you wish to schedule the interview for.
Click on the three dots behind the candidate's name and select 'Schedule Interview'.
Choose How to Schedule
You have two options:
You pick the time
Select Scheduling Template (optional)
Review/amend interview duration and Video Conferencing platform (optional)
Amend Calendar Event template (optional)
Select the date and time for the interview.
Click Confirm to send the invite.
Candidate picks the time
Allow the candidate to select a time from your availability. By default, Screenloop wonât schedule interviews over existing calendar events.
Make amendments with optional fields: Scheduling Template, Add Participants, Review/amend interview duration and Video Conferencing platform, Amend Calendar Event template
Use Schedule from to delay immediate bookings if needed.
Set the time-frame you want to share.
Click Confirm Availability.
Send an email to the candidate to enable them to select the time / Copy Self-scheduling link to send this manually.
Flexible scheduling accommodates both interviewer and candidate availability.
Adding / Changing Interview Participants
Click Add Participant to include additional interviewers.
To change the host, click the star next to the interviewerâs name.
To remove yourself from the interview session, click the bin next to your name.

All participants will see the interview in their connected calendars.
âThis reduces back-and-forth emails and ensures the interview is visible to everyone involved.
