Step by step guide on how to join an interview with Screenloop

Joining an interview with Screenloop is easy and hassle-free. The journey starts right from your calendar.

Requirements

This guide assumes that you:

  • Have gone through the Video Conference tool setup (such as Zoom or Google Meet)

    • If you are a Zoom user, please note that a Zoom PRO license or higher is required.

  • Have installed the Screenloop Chrome Extension here

  • Have access to a Screenloop account in your organisation

There are two simple steps involved:

  1. Access your calendar and click β€œJoin Interview with Screenloop”;

  2. After pressing the button to join the meeting a new browser tab will open. In this tab you will be to see the name of the candidate, the position he is applying to and launch the Screenloop Sidekick and your Video Conferencing System (VCS) in one click by pressing the Launch Sidekick button:

Screenloop Chrome Extension will automatically allow pop-ups on the browser settings. This way, the Sidekick can be displayed without the need to manually configure pop-ups for Screenloop.
