Candidate ratings let you give quick feedback and help teams prioritise the strongest applicants.
Adding a rating takes just a few seconds and helps speed up hiring decisions
1. Rate from the Candidate Profile
Only Recruiters and Hiring Managers can rate candidates to ensure feedback stays relevant and actionable
Go to Candidates and open the candidate profile
In the left-hand card, click Add a Rating
Select a rating (1β5 stars)
Add optional notes - (Use notes to explain your rating and provide context for other reviewers)
Click Add to submit
Ratings make it easier to prioritise top candidates and align feedback across the hiring team.

2. Rate in Bulk Review
Bulk Review ratings are ideal for quickly assessing multiple candidates in one session.
In Bulk Review, select Add a Rating (top left of the profile)
Select a rating (1β5 stars)
Add optional notes - (Use notes to explain your rating and provide context for other reviewers)
Click Add to submit
