Who can fill in a Scorecard? Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interviewers
Before You Start
You can preview a scorecard before the interview:
Interviews → locate interview → (…) → Interview KitScorecards become editable once the interview is scheduled to start
Complete a Scheduled Interview Scorecard
Where to Find Your Scorecards
You can access pending scorecards from:
Home → Pending Actions
Candidate Profile → Pending Actions
Interviews → locate interview → (…) → Interview Kit
Click Fill in Scorecard.
Using the Scorecard & AI Assistant
Recording & Transcript
Watch the interview recording
Click Transcript to view the full transcript
Interview Summary
Review the AI Summary, Questions, Attributes, and Action Points
Click Copy to reuse content in your scorecard
You can also customise the summary's topics and length

Scoring & Feedback
Star ratings: Click the appropriate number of stars
Open text fields:
Write manually, or
Paste from AI Summary / Highlights, or
Click Fill with AI for auto-generated responses
Adjust format (S / M / L or bullet points) if needed
Final Steps
Select whether the candidate passed the interview
Click Submit Scorecard (top right)
Scorecards must be submitted to be shared with the hiring team.
Complete an Ad-hoc Scorecard
Ad-hoc scorecards let you capture feedback when an interview wasn’t scheduled in Screenloop, or when an interviewer wasn’t formally added.
Use cases: Informal calls, phone screens, extra feedback
Create an Ad-hoc Scorecard
From the Candidate Profile:
Option A
Go to Feedback → Add Feedback → Fill in Ad-hoc Scorecard
Select a scorecard template
Click Create
Option B
Click the dropdown menu (top right)
Select Fill in Ad-hoc Scorecard
Choose a template and click Create
Enter & Submit Feedback
Complete the scorecard fields (same process as scheduled scorecards)
Click Submit Scorecard
Visibility:
Visible to Admins and Hiring Managers assigned to the job
Interviewers cannot see ad-hoc feedback
The use of third-party tools (e.g. Grammarly) may affect performance or cause delays.
