Easily export hired candidates from Screenloop to Factorial HR

With Screenloop’s Factorial HR integration, you can seamlessly transfer candidate data from your ATS — reducing manual work and improving accuracy in your HR system.

Who Can Use This Feature?

  • Connect integration: Admins only

  • Export candidates: Admins, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters


How to Connect to Factorial

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  • Go to Settings > Account > Integrations

  • Locate Human Resources Information Systems

  • Click Connect next to Factorial


Step 2: Obtain API Key


Step 3: Connect in Screenloop

  • Paste the API Key into the Screenloop form field

  • Click Connect

  • Under Settings > Account > Integrations, Factorial will now appear as connected

  • Click View to see connection details or Remove Integration

Ensure your API Key is copied correctly and not expired, otherwise the integration will fail.


How to Export Candidate Data to Factorial

Once connected, you can export candidates in the Hired stage using any of the following methods.


Option 1: From the Candidates List

  • Go to Candidates

  • Click Open Filters and filter by Status: Hired

  • Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the candidate

  • Select Export to FactorialHR

  • Edit candidate data if necessary

  • Click Export


Option 2: From the Candidate Page

  • Open the candidate profile

  • Click the ellipsis (⋯)

  • Select Export to FactorialHR

  • Edit candidate data if necessary

  • Click Export


Option 3: From the Job Pipeline

  • Go to Jobs and select the role for the hired candidate

  • Open the Pipeline tab

  • Locate the Hired stage

  • Click the ellipsis (⋯)

  • Select Export to FactorialHR

  • Edit candidate data if necessary

  • Click Export

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Only candidates in the Hired stage can be exported

  • Ensure all candidate data is complete to avoid incomplete exports

  • Only Admins can connect the integration
