Connect integration: Admins only
Export candidates: Admins, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters
How to Connect to Zelt
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings > Account > Integrations
Locate Human Resources Information Systems
Click Connect next to Zelt
Step 2: Authenticate
Complete the authentication process
Once successful, Zelt will appear as Connected in your Integrations settings
Connecting your HRIS ensures accurate, real-time transfer of candidate data and helps avoid onboarding delays.
How to Export Candidate Data to Zelt
Once connected, you can export candidates in the Hired stage.
Option 1: From the Candidates List
Go to Candidates
Select the Hired tab
Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the candidate
Select Export to Zelt
Option 2: From the Candidate Detail Page
Open the candidate’s profile
Click the ellipsis (… ) in the top-right corner
Select Export to Zelt
Once you click Export, a confirmation message will appear indicating the export was successful.
Things to Keep in Mind
Only candidates in the Hired stage can be exported
Only users with the correct permissions can export candidates
Ensure candidate data is complete to avoid partial exports
