With Screenloop’s Humaans integration, you can transfer candidate and employment data directly from your ATS into Humaans, helping streamline your hiring and onboarding process.

How to Connect to Personio

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

Go to Settings > Account > Integrations
Find Human Resources Information Systems

Click Connect next to Humaans

Step 2: Set Up API Credentials in Humaans

Follow Humaans' connection guide and configure:

Ensure to select All permissions (read and write) for:

Private data (Employee data)
Comensations
Douments
Performace reviews
Webhooks

Only fields supported by Screenloop will be used during the integration.

Step 3: Add Credentials in Screenloop

You will need:

Humaans API Key

Enter these into Screenloop to complete the connection.

Step 4: Confirm Connection

Click Connect.

Once successful, Humaans will appear as a connected HRIS under:

Settings > Account > Integrations

How to Export Candidate Data to Humaans

Once connected, you can export candidates who are in the Hired stage.

Option 1: From the Candidates List

Go to Candidates
Click Open Filters
Filter by Status: Hired
Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to a candidate
Select Export to Humaans
Click Export

Option 2: From the Candidate Page

Open the candidate profile
Click the ellipsis (⋯)
Select Export to Humaans
Click Export

Option 3: From the Job Pipeline

Go to Jobs and select the role
Open the Pipeline tab
Find the Hired stage
Click the ellipsis (⋯)
Select Export to Humaans
Click Export

What Happens After Export?

A success message will appear
You’ll see the new employee in Humaans
- Ensure candidate profiles are fully completed to maximise the data transferred.
