Send, View, and Revoke Offers

Send and manage signable offers in Screenloop

Screenloop allows you to send fully signable offer documents to candidates via Dropbox Sign (included by default—no separate integration required). Offers are pre-filled, personalised, trackable, and can be revoked if needed.


Sending an Offer

Offers can be sent once a candidate reaches a workflow stage that supports offers.

You can send an offer from:

  • Candidates tab

  • Candidate profile

  • Job pipeline view

From any of these views:

  1. Click the ellipsis () next to the candidate

  2. Select Send Offer


Select an Offer Template

Offer Template
Choose an existing offer template from the dropdown.

Signatory
Select the organisation signatory (if multiple exist). If only one signatory is available, it will be selected by default.

Documents
Preview and download:

  • The offer document

  • Any additional attached documents


Fill in Offer Details

You’ll now review and complete any variables used in the documents (e.g. start date, salary, office location).

  • Candidate, job, and company fields are auto-filled where possible

  • Review all auto-filled values

  • Complete any missing fields

All fields linked to document variables are mandatory. You won’t be able to proceed until everything is completed.


Review Email Message

Review the email that will be sent with the offer.

You can:

  • Edit the email subject and body

  • Add Cc/Bcc recipients (optional)

  • Attach additional files (these will not be signed)

Click Review and Send to continue.

If you delete a variable from the email subject or body, it cannot be restored. You’ll need to restart the send flow.


Final Review and Send

In the Offer Summary, review:

  • The completed offer document(s) with all variables filled in

  • The full email message the candidate will receive

If everything looks correct, click Send.


View or Revoke an Offer

Once an offer has been sent, you can track and manage it from the candidate profile.

View an Offer

  1. Navigate to the candidate’s profile

  2. In the Activity log, locate the offer event

  3. Click View Offer

From here, you can see:

  • The completed offer document

  • The selected company signatory

  • The email message sent to the candidate

You’ll also see an Offer card on the candidate profile showing real-time status:

  • Pending – Waiting on signatures

  • Signed – One party has signed

  • Completed – All parties have signed

  • Revoked – Offer withdrawn by the company

  • Declined – Offer declined by the candidate


Revoke an Offer

To revoke a sent offer:

  1. Go to the candidate’s profile

  2. Find the offer entry in the Activity log

  3. Click Revoke Offer

  4. Confirm the action

Once revoked:

  • The offer status updates to Revoked

  • The document can no longer be accessed

  • A revocation entry is added to the Activity log

To resend an offer, you’ll need to go through the Send Offer flow again from the start.
