1. Create or Edit a Custom Invite for your Organisation

With Custom Calendar Invites, you can create and manage personalised calendar invites for your organisation's interviews. This feature gives you full control over the content of the invite that candidates and interviewers see when it lands in their Google, Outlook, or other calendar apps.

To set up a customised calendar invite template for your organisation:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email Templates.

  2. Locate the Default Calendar Event Template.

  3. Click the ellipsis (..) > Edit.

  4. Edit the Subject and Body.

  5. Click Save.

Changes will apply to all calendar events moving forward.

2. Creating an Ad-hoc Custom Invite

Does your organisation-wide template feel too generic for a particular interview? In addition to your main template, we’ve introduced ad-hoc Calendar Invites, giving you the flexibility to tweak the content of a calendar invite on a one-off basis during scheduling. This allows you to include specific details or context that apply only to that interview.

During Schedulling:

  1. Under the Calendar Event section on the left, click Edit.

  2. Update the calendar event Title and Description.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Proceed with Scheduling.

The calendar invite will reflect the new conent, only for this interview.
