Custom Calendar Invites

Control the content of your interview invites

Custom Calendar Invites allow your organisation to personalise the content candidates and interviewers see when an interview is added to their Google, Outlook, or other calendar apps.

Only Admin users can set up Custom Calendar Invites.

Create or Edit an Organisation-Wide Invite

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Customisation β†’ Email Templates.

  2. Locate the Default Calendar Event Template.

  3. Click the ellipsis (…) β†’ Edit.

  4. Update the Subject and Body of the invite as desired.

  5. Click Save.

Changes will apply to all calendar events moving forward.


Create an Ad-hoc Custom Invite

If you need a one-off, interview-specific invite:

  1. While scheduling an interview, go to the Calendar Event section.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Update the Title and Description.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Complete the scheduling process.

Changes only apply to this interview.
