Coordinating interviews can be time-consuming β€” especially when candidates are not yet in the system. With Self-Scheduling Links and Candidate Creation, users can generate a scheduling link and share it with candidates whether they already exist in the ATS or not.

Once a candidate schedules their interview, their profile is automatically created in the ATS. This ensures:

  • All interviews are tracked

  • Candidate information is instantly accessible

  • No manual profile creation is required

  • Administrative workload is reduced


How to Copy a Self-Scheduling Link

  1. Navigate to the Pipeline section within your Job.

  2. Click the ellipsis (β‹―) at the top of the relevant pipeline stage.

    Note: The stage must allow interview scheduling.

  3. Select Copy Self-Scheduling Link.

  4. Choose a Scheduling Template to ensure all interview details are included.
    (Scheduling templates can be created in your template settings.)

  5. Copy the generated link and share it with your candidate.


Candidate Scheduling Process

Once the candidate receives the link:

  1. They enter their name and email address.

  2. If enabled, they may also:

    • Upload a CV

    • Provide their LinkedIn profile

  3. They select an available date and time for the interview.

  4. Upon confirmation:

    • A candidate profile is automatically created in the ATS.

    • Interview participants receive a scheduling notification.
