After configuring your video conference system (VCS) and your applicant tracking system (ATS) Screenloop will work seamlessly. All the data from your ATS will be synced alongside the capabilities to access the interview recording & the full transcription.
This tutorial describes the features and capabilities of the "Interviews" section of the Screenloop product.
Requirements
This guide assumes that you:
Have gone through the Video Conference tool setup (such as Zoom or Google Meet)
Have gone through the Applicant tracking system tool setup (such as Greenhouse)
Have access to a Screenloop account in your organisation
On the Interviews landing page, you will see a list of all interviews that were synced with your ATS plus their current status. Depending on the status of the interview different actions and insights will be available. For example, if the interview is in the "Recorded" status more data and insights are just one click away by pressing the "View" button.
View an interview
After the interview finishes, it might take a few minutes to process the interview. This process happens in two steps:
Making the recording available;
Making the transcription and participant segmentation available.
Nonetheless, once the recordings and all corresponding post-processing are done you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the interview.
Within the Screenloop platform clicking the "View" button will display a drill-down view of the recording, transcription, interview markers and summary metrics for that specific interview:
The transcript and/or video recording of the conducted interview;
Key stats/insights for this interview and detailed notes and quick reactions made during the interview using the interview Sidekick. Mention another user and Reply / Delete on notes are the other two available features;
The interview timeline with timestamps/interview markers, interviewers, as well as controls for the recording.
