Requirements
Before enabling the integration, ensure you have:
A Screenloop Admin account
An active integration between Microsoft Teams and your ATS
The ATS integration must already be configured for interview syncing to work correctly.
How to Enable Microsoft Teams
To enable Microsoft Teams recording in Screenloop:
Go to Settings > Integrations
Locate Teams
Toggle the integration ON
Once enabled, Screenloop will automatically detect and process eligible Microsoft Teams interviews.
What Happens After Enabling?
Once activated:
Teams interviews linked to your ATS will sync automatically
Recorded interviews will become available in Screenloop
Hiring teams can review interviews, complete scorecards, and collaborate more efficiently
Things to Keep in Mind
Only Admins can enable the integration
Your ATS integration must already be connected
Interviews scheduled outside the connected workflow may not sync correctly
Additional Tips
Ensure interviewers schedule meetings through your connected ATS workflow where possible
Confirm Microsoft Teams meetings are properly attached to interview stages
