Building Scorecards

Evaluate candidates consistently with structured feedback

Updated yesterday

Scorecards help your hiring team evaluate candidates by capturing structured feedback after interviews.
They can be assigned to specific Job Workflow stages, making it easy to track, compare, and review candidate performance throughout the hiring journey.

Scorecards can only be created by Admin users.

See video below on how to create and edit a Scorecard (full instructions below):

Creating a New Scorecard

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Customisation β†’ Scorecards.

  2. Click Add Scorecard (top right).

Choose how to build your scorecard

    You have two options:

    • Build a custom template from scratch

    • Build based on a template - Select an existing template from the dropdown. You can fully customise this template.

    Configuring Your Scorecard

Sections - Add a Section Title to group related questions (e.g. Technical Skills, Culture Add).

Fields - For each section, add one or more fields:

    Choose the Field Type:

    • 5-star rating

Field Label - Give each field a clear name (e.g. Problem-solving ability, Communication skills).

Add a Field - Click Add Field at the bottom of the section.

Delete a Field - Click the bin icon to the right of the field.

Reorder Fields - Drag and drop fields using the handle on the left side of each field.

    Managing Sections

Add a Section - Click Add Section at the bottom of the scorecard.

Delete a Section - Click the bin icon on the top-right of the section (not the field bin).

Reorder Sections - Use the arrow buttons in the top-right of each section to move it up or down.

Adding a section - Add a new section to your scorecard by selecting Add Section

Deleting a section - You can delete a scorecard section via the bin icon on the top right of the scorecard section, not the field bin icon

Changing the order of sections - You can re-order your scorecard sections via the arrow buttons on the top right of the scorecard section.

Save Your Scorecard - Once you’re happy with your setup, click Save. (Don’t forget this step πŸ˜‰)
